AnyDATA has two 7-inch tablets that should show up at CTIA currently on in the US. The first lower end AMD120 model has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.2GHz processor and will ship with Android 2.3 Gingerbread while the higher end AMD810 model has a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 3G, and will ship with Android 3.0 Honeycomb. Design wise the tablet (both appear to share the same design) looks cheap.
Both tablets share a 1024 x 600 resolution 7-inch capacitive touch display, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, front and rear cameras, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, accelerometer, ambient light sensor and gryoscope. Weight comes in at around 440g.
