According to the user manual found at a recent FCC appearance, Lenovo’s LePad which is launching worldwide in June, has been renamed the Skylight Slate. If you remember, that was the name they used for their smartbook they announced alongside the LePad and the LePad, along with it’s dock, was called the U1 Hybrid a couple of years ago.

The manual briefly lists some of the same specs that were refreshed at the beginning of 2011 so there’s no mistake that this is the new manual. The specs listed in the manual include a 10.1″ 1280 x 800 display with 4-point touch, Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8650A processor, Android 2.2 / Lenovo OS, 2MP webcam, WiFi, Bluetooth, g-sensor and a weight of 760g and size of 262.5mm x 187.5mm x 12.9mm. It’s of course coming with Honeycomb – that’s apparently one of the reasons why it has been delayed so long.
