Any device that hits the market today has a gyroscope, compass and accelerometer.  We’re seeing models like the LG Optimus Black or the LG Optimus 2X which are incorporating a chip with 3-axis gyroscope and an integrated processor.  What InvenSense has is showing off at Mobile World Congress is its solution for the world’s first integrated 3-axis gyro and 3-axis accelerometer on a single chip.

This is the MPU-6000, a small controller that achieves excellent levels of accuracy as you can see in the video that you are after the jump.According to the manufacturer, there are already devices that are integrating their technology, but he couldn’t tell us which and that they haven’t hit the streets quite yet. Could it be the Xoom, the Galaxy 10.1 or the Optimus? For now, we have this hands on video with Tegra 2 and the results have been spectacular.
