If you like HTC Sense then you’ll be wanted to keep an eye out for “Sensation” as HTC filed a European trademark on January 19th for the term “HTC Sensation”. The trademark description of the product is below, but it sure does sound like a UI and since they’ve already got one for Android 2.2 it only seems natural they would upgrade everything when they go 3.0.

“Mobile phones, smartphones, wireless phones, wireless devices, portable computers and personal digital assistants, computer hardware and software for mobile, portable and wireless devices; user interface software; computer hardware and software for user interfacing, telecommunications and telecommunications services; computer hardware and software for transmitting and receiving voice, image, data, audio, video and multimedia content; wireless modems; headsets, headsets with wireless transmission function, connection cables, cradles, mounts, face plates, batteries, power adaptors, chargers, cases, in-vehicle chargers, in-vehicle holders, remote controls, keyboards, microphones, loudspeakers, leather pouches for mobile phones.”

The current version of Sense is 2.0 and it’s newer phones that support both Windows and Android. They are even offering the ability to sync your information with the cloud. If you compare Sense to say Motorola’s Blur, it is clear that Sense is the clear winner and Blur is shocking in its design. I’ve got high hopes of HTC’s tablet that we hope to get our hands on with at MWC in three weeks.

Its not a far cry to think that “Sensation” is the name of the Sense version for tablets and we already know that HTC has three tablets coming out this spring.
