The video below got uploaded to You Tube last week by wzamen01 that claims that the face tracking feature of the HP web cam will not recognize or track black faces. Interesting claim, so the folks over at Laptop Magazine went and tested this theory and you can find their two test video’s below so you can judge for your self wether or not HP’s face tracking is racially biased.
