With so much tablet news these days it’s nice to get back to posting about netbooks even if it’s as simple as this one right here – MSI’s latest MSI Wind U135DX is now available to buy in the US directly from MSI.com, priced at $380.
The U135DX is identical to the standard U135 apart from an upgrade to a DDR3 compatible Atom N455 processor with 1GB DDR3 RAM. It’s still got the same 250GB HDD, Windows 7 Starter and 7.5 hour 6-cell battery.
It’s quite overpriced at $380 and you can get the U135 for $50 cheaper and there’s barely any difference between the two. Watch out for a dual core version this month or next, and even some netbook announcements next month from MSI if earlier news turns out to be true.
