“Warning: This page is for developers who both know how to build Chromium OS and aren’t afraid to take a screwdriver to their computer.”

Even if that’s not you The Chromium developer forum, will still let you know which netbooks are Chromium compatible. There are quite a few that are full compatible which means they support Wi-Fi, trackpad as well as suspend and resume. The list will be constantly changing as more and more models get support but a few models that are currently up and running include:

Asus Eee PC 1008HA
Asus Eee PC 900
Asus Eee PC 700
Sony VAIO W Series
Toshiba mini NB200/NB205
Toshiba Satellite A205-S5000

Acer Aspire One and the Gateway LT20 are touch and go depending on the Wi-Fi module. If the unit has an Atheros Wi-Fi module then you are good. Otherwise, some of these units shipped with the Broadcom Wi-Fi module aren’t yet supported. An easy way to figure out which module your computer has is the compliance sticker which should be on the back/bottom of your netbook.
