Over the weekend we saw some leaked shots of the inside of what was possibly a new MacBook Air from Apple, the 13-inch sized one. There is of course an 11-inch one supposedly coming as well, confirmed numerous times from various sources. This time, a source over at the Cult of Mac has the most detailed information for these new models - a thinner, lighter, boxier design with straight edges, 50% more battery with up to 8 – 10 hours of battery life, 2x USB ports, SD card slot, mini DisplayPort , MagSafe power plug (straight facing), same back keyboard and trackpad as the current MBA, 2GB RAM minimum, upgradeable along with SSD and Nvidia GeForce 320M graphics (same as current MBA). Unconfirmed is either a 2.1GHz or 2.4GHz processor. It is not clear what specs belong to what model at the moment.

I was planning on getting an ASUS 1215N for a while. But I think I have to wait a bit longer to see how the new MBA pans out.

I think Apple will charge a lot more!
