Acer’s released a couple of netbooks sporting a dual boot of Windows and Android with the latest being the new dual core Atom N550 powered Acer Aspire One D255 (at least outside the US) and now they’ve announced at a press conference in Taiwan that this will be a standard for future dual-core netbooks. At this stage in Android’s progress on the x86 platform that’s not really plus, it’s more like a wart that needs to be removed.
